Diversified Communications Services is joining the ADB Companies’ Brand

 

Diversified Communications Services proudly joined ADB Companies back in November 2023, but it has come time to officially retire the Diversified name and join the powerful ADB brand. With the support from ADB leadership, a strong focus on strategic planning, a passion for growth through acquisitions, and a world-class culture, we will be able to expand our services, grow our nationwide reach, and exceed customer expectations.

The acquisition of DCS combines the strengths of both entities that will benefit employees, customers, and other stakeholders. ADB will leverage DCS’ expertise in wireless services throughout the Southwest to support its value proposition as a national turnkey provider and provide an even more comprehensive suite of services to both companies’ customers. The integration of wireless services, resources and highly experienced team members will result in enhanced capabilities, increased network reliability, and innovative solutions tailored to meet evolving market demands.
